We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
The information collected from you at the time you place an order will be stored in our database. The type of information we will collect about you includes:
- your name/recipient's name
- billing address/delivery address
- telephone number
- email address
- credit/debit card details (not stored or retained)
This information is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. There are no circumstances under which this information might be passed to a third party other than our payment processors or if requested by a legally recognised agent of the UK government.
We do not store or even have access to credit card numbers, bank account details or any other sensitive financial information. Payments to Zentosa are securely processed by our payment processors (RBS Worldpay and Paypal) on their systems according their extemely high security standards. Only personal data such as name, address and order history is held by us, also on secure servers. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly.
We will only contact you personally in connection with your order and will keep you well informed should we have any difficulties providing you with the specific goods ordered. We will never share your email address with anyone outside Zentosa. We may send you occassional promotional emails to keep you up to date with our new lines and special offers if you have chosen to receive these when registering. If you decide later that you do not wish to receive further promotional emails, simply click the easy to follow link contained on all our newsletters which will allow you to permanently unsubscribe from all future mailings.
