In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason then you can return it to us for a full refund (excluding any express delivery charges, if applicable). All return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must then be returned within 14 days of your return request in the UK and within a reasonable additional time for international orders.

Returned items should be in their original, unworn condition, with packaging and tags (if appropriate). Earrings for pierced ears are supplied in sealed clear plastic bags, please note that if the seal has been broken a full refund might not be available.
